1. Professional tool

PsyFlowOS is a software tool for organizing the work of a specialist. The Platform does not provide psychological, psychotherapeutic, medical, legal or emergency assistance and does not replace the professional judgment of the user.

2. Non-emergency service

Do not use the platform to seek urgent help. In the event of an immediate threat to life, suicide risk, violence or other emergency, local emergency services must be contacted and the applicable crisis protocol followed.

3. AI Limitations

AI results are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions, incorrect conclusions, inappropriate recommendations, or biased wording. They are saved as drafts and must be reviewed, corrected and approved by a competent person before any use.

4. Responsibility of the specialist

The user is independently responsible for the legality and professional validity of his actions, obtaining consents, assessing risk, making a diagnosis if authorized, choosing interventions and the content of materials transmitted to the client.

5. Accuracy of source data

The quality of the result depends on the completeness and accuracy of the entered data. The Platform does not verify the authenticity of user entries and should not be used to create or confirm fictitious facts.

6. Third party services

Certain features may be dependent on third party AI, payment, login, hosting and communications providers. Their availability, terms and conditions and data processing are also subject to the rules of the respective providers.

7. Service availability

The platform is provided in an accessible state and is being developed. There may be technical interruptions, delays, and incompatibility of individual files or integrations. It is the user's responsibility to maintain necessary professional records and comply with their own backup requirements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the AI draft, for illegal or unprofessional use of the platform, loss of data due to user actions or failures of third-party providers. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Demonstration materials

The examples on the landing page, demo cases and training sections are illustrative. They do not describe the actual client and are not a universal operating protocol or promise of results.

10. Accepting limitations

By continuing to use PsyFlowOS, the user confirms that they understand the purpose of the platform, the limitations of AI, and the need for independent professional supervision. If these conditions are not acceptable, the AI features and platform should not be used.
