Ethics of working with PsyFlowOS
General ethical rules for the use of the platform by specialists, teams and administrators.
Revision dated July 16, 2026
1. Purpose of the document
PsyFlowOS helps organize the professional work of psychologists, psychotherapists, consultants and coaches. These rules supplement and do not replace the laws, professional standards, codes of ethics and licensing requirements applicable to a particular professional.
2. Human responsibility
Any AI result is a draft. Clinical, therapeutic, coaching and organizational decisions are made by the specialist after independent review of the context, facts and possible risks.
- Do not present AI text as a confirmed fact without verification.
- Do not approve the document automatically.
- Correct inaccuracies before transferring material to the client.
3. Informed consent and transparency
The specialist must explain to the client in clear language what data is entered into the system, why AI processing can be used and who will have access to the results. If consent is required by law or professional standard, it must be obtained prior to processing.
4. Confidentiality and minimization
Only data necessary for the stated professional purpose should be entered into the system. Whenever possible, use client code instead of redundant identifiers, and do not download information about third parties without a legal basis.
- Do not share passwords or public links with strangers.
- Do not include client data in demo materials.
- Regularly check access rights and the relevance of data.
5. Competence and professional boundaries
PsyFlowOS does not expand user qualifications. The specialist works only within the limits of his training, competence and legal authority, and if necessary, refers the client to a specialized specialist or emergency service.
6. Safe use of AI
AI may make mistakes, simplify the context, reproduce bias, or suggest inappropriate language. The user is obliged to check conclusions, separate facts from hypotheses and not make categorical diagnoses or promises of results without proper professional basis.
7. Risk and crisis situations
The Platform is not an emergency channel of assistance and should not be used as the sole risk assessment tool. If there is evidence of an immediate threat to life or safety, the specialist follows the applicable crisis protocol and contacts the appropriate emergency services.
8. Equal and respectful treatment
It is prohibited to use the platform for discrimination, humiliation, manipulation, exploitation of vulnerability or imposition of political, religious or other beliefs. Decisions should not be based solely on automated inference about a person's sensitive characteristics.
9. Inappropriate Use
- Creation of fictitious medical or psychological reports.
- Covert surveillance, blackmail or profiling to the detriment of a person.
- Transfer of access to persons not bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Use of client materials for advertising, training or publication without legal basis and necessary consent.
10. Reporting problems
If there is an erroneous disclosure of data, suspected tampering, or a dangerous AI result, please stop further dissemination of the material, retain relevant details of the incident, and immediately notify your account administrator through an official communication channel.
